Before embarking on his vision to create a specialized corporate law boutique, Marc served as senior in-house counsel for DreamWorks Animation SKG, Inc., where he advised the senior executive team and the board of directors on a range of corporate, securities, corporate governance, and international corporate finance matters. Prior to his in-house experience at DreamWorks Animation, Marc was a senior corporate associate at the international law firm of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. Marc joined Weil's London office in 1999 when he realized early in his career that a global economy required corporate lawyers to obtain real-life, practical international work experience. At Weil, he represented various clients on a broad range of cross-border transactions and later returned to the U.S. to Weil's Silicon Valley office to expand the firm's West Coast corporate capabilities. Prior to joining Weil, Marc began his career at the Los Angeles-based global law firm of Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP, where he also represented a variety of clients on corporate finance matters.
