In Marc's work experience, he has enjoyed the opportunity to work in Los Angeles, Silicon Valley, and London with some of the most preeminent law firms and companies in the world, including DreamWorks Animation SKG, Inc., Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, and Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP. Prior to founding his own Firm, Marc had the pleasure of working with a range of clients in various industries, with particular emphasis on the media, entertainment, technology, internet, telecommunications, and energy industries. Marc's extensive deal experience in the U.S. and abroad includes M&A, venture capital, private equity, and securities and capital markets transactions, and he has worked on transactions based in, or involving issues with, numerous foreign jurisdictions, including the United Kingdom, India, China, Taiwan, Israel, the British Virgin Islands, the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Poland, Austria, Czech Republic, Romania, and Croatia. Marc's practice also includes corporate advisory work, including corporate governance, compliance, and U.S. federal securities law reporting.

     Marc received his Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, with an honors degree in political science from Bucknell University. He received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Boston University School of Law where he was an Edward F. Hennessey Distinguished Scholar and G. Joseph Tauro Scholar. He is admitted as a member of the State Bar of California and the District of Columbia Bar.
