In the fall of 2006, the Firm was founded by Marc E. Kenny, a seasoned corporate attorney with extensive U.S. and international experience. Marc's vision was to offer a select group of deal-intensive clients with strategic and experienced counseling on various corporate matters in the U.S. and abroad. The Firm was founded on the belief that clients competing in the global marketplace will always value and demand sophisticated and experienced counsel regardless of the size of a deal or project. As clients face increasingly dynamic and complex markets, they are forced to become more entrepreneurial, flexible, and efficient in pursuing their objectives. Having worked as outside and in-house counsel with some of the most prominent corporate law firms and companies in the world, Marc determined that law firms, like their clients, must also become more entrepreneurial and efficient if they are truly going to deliver tailored professional legal services in a cost-effective manner.
